We are looking for a skilled backend engineer to help with the development of APIs, integrations and other technologies that power the company. What you’ll do:
- Design and build high quality software by writing easily understandable, reusable, idiomatic, high performing code
- Participate in technical architecture discussions and improve performance of our backend while documenting what you do without slipping on our sprint plans
- Collaborate with fun-loving and passionate teammates who ensure that our systems are functioning even if we aren’t
- Spend your days working on API Designs, RESTful Services, PostGres, Redis, ElasticSearch, Celery, Events. Streams, Jenkins, AWS and/or GitHub and Django/Python
What we’re looking for:
- Only ninjas, maybe rockstars
- Someone who is a 10X engineer and can bullshit to seem smarter
- Be able to solve all different variants of “binary search trees”-based coding problems without doing a Google search

What we’re looking for:
- FE engineer with 1-3 years of experience
- Good problem solving skills.
- Understanding of key design principles.

We are obsessed with superlative customer experience and we are looking for a CSM to delight our users further. You will have all the technical support at your disposal to serve our users in the best fashion. And yes, some beers from Bangalore’s finest microbreweries to top it up! This isn’t a pure CSM role where you pick calls, answer and be done with it. There’s more on offer.
What you’ll do:
- Handle customer issues, train users, on-board new accounts.
- Keeping product documentation up to date
- Use product regularly, test and file bugs with engineering team
- Identify usability issues
- Prioritise and pass on feature requests from customers to engineering – you are the bridge
- Ensure product is used by clients the right way to achieve desired results.
- Prepare analytical reports and derive insights.
- Meet/talk to customers periodically, review and collate product feedback.
Skills and qualifications:
- Good analytical and math skills, proficient in Excel.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

- Ability to stretch beyond official call of duty and do what it takes to thrill customers.
- 1-year experience in SaaS products, preferably in restaurant tech (not mandatory).

What we’re looking for:
- Graduate (qualification from iihm or equivalent food/beverages industry will be a plus) with 0 to 1 years of inside sales and solution selling experience preferably in the f&b space. If you have worked for food tech aggregators, more bonus points.
- Excellent listening, writing, presentation and communication skills with strong phone social etiquette, this is a mandatory skill for succeeding at this job.
- Sound understanding of cold calling techniques and concepts.
- Fluent in english, fluency in an additional south indian language will be a plus.
- Multi tasker with excellent time management skills – strong abilities to handle ambiguity, stress and work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Persuasive, go-getter with high energy levels.
- Excellent email articulation, excel & power-point skills.
- Knowledge or experience of working on crm software’s will be a distinct advantage.
- Ability to persuade with both logic and emotion for sales closures, expected to have a thorough understanding of the product and usp’s
